Urban Air has been in business since 2011 and began franchising in 2014.

The new franchisee discovery process generally takes between 45 and 60 days.

This will depend on how quickly the lease is secured. When that happens, you could potentially open your new park within 12 months.

The initial franchise fee** is $100,000. **See item 7 of the current FDD for additional information.

The royalty fee** is 7%. **See item 6 of the current FDD for additional information.

Unfortunately, we do not, but we will introduce you to our preferred lenders who have helped other franchisees finance their parks.

To be considered for our franchise, we require a minimum of $750K in liquid cash funds. Urban Air may require that an applicant have a significantly higher amount of unencumbered liquid assets available as well.

The initial investment**, based on our 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Item 7, ranges from $3,111,409 - $8,382,109. This number will depend on the size of your park and the attractions.

The Average Gross Sales* for a 2.0 Park is $4,960,132 and $5,953,507 for a 2.5 Park based on the 2025 FDD, based on the annual gross sales from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, of the 148 reporting franchised adventure parks in operation during that entire period. A new franchisee’s individual results may differ from the results stated in Item 19 of the FDD.

Urban Air will evaluate proposed operating structures on a case-by-case basis. More than half of our trampoline park franchise owners enjoy remote ownership and operate parks outside of their home market, and many franchisees own parks in multiple markets and states.

Yes, every park has a protected territory.

Both new and existing Urban Air sites are offered to our existing franchisees or to new franchisees that have been approved and awarded a franchise agreement.

We require all our new owners to complete our training program prior to opening an Urban Air Adventure Park. Our franchising department will review the new franchisee training program with you, and you can also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
